This was the main conclusion from the workshop „Internet Portal for the Waste Disposal Industry“. In the past six months, the leading companies of the waste industry have been discussing together with Implico, the international consultancy and software company with extensive expertise in the waste disposal industry, as well as with SAP AG, the requirements of a portal solution especially for waste management companies.
The workshop was organized by Implico's experts. They presented the results to all the workshop participants during a closure event last week. These results will form the basis for further product developments made for the waste and recycling portal. The portal solution is based on SAP Waste and Recycling. In January it received the certificate, "SAP Certified - Powered by SAP NetWeaver".
